The $79 covers the trip and the diagnosis either way. You walk away knowing what is wrong and what the fix would cost, which is usually enough to decide whether to repair or replace.
Is the $79 fee applied to the repair?
Yes. If you green-light the repair, that $79 comes off the labor line on your invoice.
How much will parts cost?
Depends on the brand and the model. Once we have a diagnosis, we look the part up, give you the price, and wait for your OK before we order it.
Do you offer payment plans?
All the major cards work. For bigger repairs we can usually work out a split payment — ask the tech when they are at the house.
