If your appliance is plugged in and broken, the brand on the badge usually is not what stops us. The model number is what we ask for, so we can confirm parts before we head out.

Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, stoves, microwaves, ice makers, garbage disposals, range hoods, wine coolers, and trash compactors. If you are not sure whether something falls inside that list, call us โ€” we will tell you straight whether we can help.

Most days, yes. Book before noon and there is a strong chance we can fit you in the same afternoon. Calls later in the day usually land on the next-day schedule. During the busiest stretches we push hard to slot urgent calls (especially fridges in summer), but we will not promise a window we cannot hit.

Yes. Parts carry a 90-day warranty, labor carries a 30-day warranty. If the same problem comes back inside that window, we come back and fix it on us. Extended coverage is available on some repairs โ€” ask the tech when they quote.

Always. The tech diagnoses the problem, explains what is wrong, and tells you the price before any work starts. No surprise charges, no parts swapped without your approval.

Yes. The tech calls or texts about 30 minutes out. We work in appointment windows rather than hard times so the schedule stays realistic, but we always check in before we show up.

Most jobs run 1 to 2 hours. Something simple โ€” a heating element, a door seal โ€” can be done in under an hour. Complex diagnostics or multi-part repairs take longer. The tech will give you a time estimate once they have figured out what is going on.

If a repair does not make sense โ€” too expensive, too risky, or the appliance is too far gone โ€” we tell you straight. You only pay the diagnostic call fee in that case. We can also point you toward replacement options that have actually held up well in the homes we work in.

Cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit, and checks. Payment is due when the repair is done. Financing is available on larger jobs โ€” ask the tech and they will run through the options.

Most service trucks roll stocked with common parts, so we finish the majority of repairs on the first visit. Less common parts get ordered and a follow-up visit gets scheduled โ€” we tell you the timeline up front and update you when the part lands.

Someone 18 or older needs to be there. That is how the tech can explain the problem, get approval before swapping parts, demonstrate the fix, and answer questions. If you cannot be home, an adult you trust can stand in.

We can give a price range over the phone based on what the problem sounds like, but the real estimate needs a diagnosis in person. The diagnostic fee is modest and gets applied to the repair if you move forward.

We prefer to supply parts ourselves โ€” that way we can stand behind the whole repair, parts and labor. If you bring your own parts, we will install them, but the warranty covers labor only in that case.

Yes. Our techs are trained, insured, and follow the manufacturer specs. We treat your kitchen the way we would treat our own โ€” drop cloths on the floor when we pull a fridge, careful access around panels and trim. Proof of insurance is available on request.
