Meet Your Local Appliance Repair Team

Two technicians, one truck each, and the neighborhoods of San Antonio, Austin and the Texas Hill Country.

Meet Dan & Anton

Two childhood friends who would rather fix it once than come back for the same problem twice.

Dan

Dan

Repair Technician & Co-Founder

Dan is the slow-and-steady half of Quick Tweak. He takes his time on a diagnosis, talks customers through what he is seeing, and refuses to swap parts before he is sure they need swapping. People who book him a second time usually do it because he explained the first repair like a human, not a service manual.

Anton

Anton

Repair Technician & Co-Founder

Anton is the one who shows up smiling at 8am after a 5am service call across town. He is fast, creative on the diagnosis, and good at the weird stuff that has other techs scratching their heads. Most days he gets the most out of his customers because he treats the appointment like a conversation, not a transaction.

Our Story

Dan and Anton have known each other since grade school in New York City. They were the kids who took the toaster apart to see what was inside, then mostly got it back together. The opinion they both formed early โ€” and never lost โ€” is that when something in your house dies, you should be able to call somebody, get a straight answer, and have it working again soon.

They both did time at a big appliance repair outfit, learned how the work was supposed to be done, and learned a few ways it was not. Then they moved to San Antonio. The weather helped. So did the people. They started in Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, and The Dominion, picked up regulars in the Pearl District and Southtown, and kept the radius tight enough that they could actually show up when they said they would.

Quick Tweak came out of that. The pitch is short: same-day when we can, honest pricing, and we do not leave until the appliance works. There is no dispatcher reading off a script, no upsell quota, just the two of them and the trucks they drive.

Dan is the patient one. He will sit on the floor with a flashlight for twenty minutes before he names what is wrong, and he would rather explain the diagnosis twice than have you nodding along without knowing what you are paying for.

Anton is the one customers usually remember by name. He is fast, he talks while he works, and he is the person you want on the call when nobody can figure out why the dishwasher keeps draining mid-cycle.

Between the two of them, Quick Tweak now covers most of greater San Antonio โ€” Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, The Dominion, Helotes, Boerne, New Braunfels โ€” and a good chunk of the Austin metro, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Leander, Lakeway, Bee Cave and West Lake Hills. When you call, one of them picks up. That is the whole point.
