Appliance Repair Technician
You run your own route and fix appliances in customers’ homes. Most days are refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ovens. You diagnose the fault, explain it in plain words, quote the repair, and do the work.
What we need
- Two years or more repairing major home appliances, or a trade certificate plus hands-on time
- Valid driver licence and a clean driving record
- Your own hand tools
- Comfortable quoting a price and explaining a repair to the customer
- Able to move and lift appliances safely
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
